  They are family owned and operated and it shows in their wonderful costumer service. I want to specially recognize Ender, who has been servicing our pool for a year now. He is very responsible and knowledgable. Would definitively recommend them.

  I called Angel with issues on my control panel, not being able to connect to my App and my pool heater not turning on. Nick came out after his work and was on the phone with Hayward Tech Support patiently for over 30 minutes, did trouble shooting and fixed ALL my pool related issues. Angel, the Owner, Nick, the General Manager and the rest of the team provide excellent customer service. If you ever need routine, reasonably priced, consistent, reliable, and worry free pool service (I highly recommend) or any pool supplies, Pinch-A-Penny on Gaston Road next to Kroger is The Place To Go. My pool looks well kept and pristine all year round. Best decision I ever made to have them maintain my pool. Thank you Angel and Nick. I sincerely appreciate what you guys do. Y’all are awesome!!!

  We are very satisfied with their service!! They use the right chemicals and our pool never looked better. They take care of any issue that comes up and their prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend them.

  We've recently switched to this company. After a month of service, we couldn't be happier! Pinch A Penny Patio Spa is 100% customer service oriented. They communicate in a timely way and perform their job very well. Additionally, we needed some extra maintenance done on our pool system. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they were able to get the work done immediately. The difference in our pool is night and day! We are so happy we switched and can recommend them heartily!
