  I have been a client/training with Travis since around 2013. He tailors each workout to the individual's needs, and nothing feels "cookie cutter". He keeps it simple and straightforward and encourages the best out of you during each workout. I recommend Travis to anyone seeking a personal trainer. More importantly, he will do everything in his power, to help you achieve your desired fitness goals.

  I have been working out with Travis with my wife for several years. Travis has helped improve my overall fitness. He has added unique exercises to help my Pickleball strokes, my passion. I have had several physical challenges with a shoulder, knees, …. Travis has been very attentive to form and made adjustments to help me build strength, endurance and stability. He does not give us cookie cutter workouts. He is constantly adjusting to challenge each of us with the exercises each of us needs. He is very upbeat and encouraging. He even wears purple sometimes because he knows it’s my wife’s favorite color. During covid, he brought the workout to us, with the music we like ready to go. How can Travis help you?

  I have been working with Travis for over a year now and I can say without reservation that investing in his services for personal training and nutrition guidance is one of the best decisions that I’ve ever made. On the days it’s hard to stay motivated he provides the encouragement needed to keep you moving. Travis doesn’t give me cookie cutter routines and I look forward to continuing to work with him!

  I have been training with Travis for more than 5 years. He has helped me lose more than 25 lbs to achieve a much healthier body through both diet and exercise. Personal raining has always been a part of my life, but I have never had a trainer provide such specific meal plans taking into account my food desires and body type. I am eternally grateful! I could never have imagined how good I would look and feel today without his help!

  Travis Johnson is an excellent trainer. He cares about his clients as though we are family.
  He motivates you to reach your goals and keeps you moving forward.
  I have a number of physical limitations, but he never lets them get in the way. He writes workouts which play to my strengths with consideration for my limitations.
  My husband and I work out together. We have different mindsets when it comes to exercise, but he motivates both of us making certain that we are properly doing the exercise with best form
  I wish I could give him a 10 star rating..
