  Staff is very responsive, transparent and kind. Prior to living here, I moved every year because of issues and poor management at apartments. Have lived here for two years so far and have been thankful for how well everything is run.

  I highly recommend Grand Mason! We've lived here for 1 1/2 years, and we've lived in a 2 bedroom 2 bath and a 1 bedroom 1 bath, respectively. Apartment-wise, the space is used very efficiently and is very practical as well as just a nice layout and place to live. We feel pretty spoiled being so close to all of the shopping, highways and conveniences we want without feeling stuck in the middle of a busy area.
  
  The maintenance staff is super friendly and super quick. Anytime we've submitted a maintenance request, it has been taken care of either within 10 minutes or by the end of the same day. The office managers and staff are very attentive and friendly, easy to talk to. The events that are planned frequently are always fun and help to foster a strong community feel here.
  
  My husband, daughter and I are moving out of the area, but Grand Mason has definitely set the standard high for what we are looking for in another apartment community. We've experienced the pleasant neighborhood feel of being able to wave and know the maintenance and staff people by name, as well as other neighbors as we drive in or are walking around the complex. From a practicality side, all of our needs or requests have been answered immediately, as there is a high standard here. Our neighbors have been really friendly and easy to get to know (we met one of our closest friends here), which hasn't always been our experience in apartment living. This is a great place to raise a child and there are lots of families here...the pool particularly has an excellent layout for toddlers with the 4 inch wading areas and fountains.
  
  Whenever there have been issues with any neighbors of any kind, we have felt comfortable in bringing up those issues to be addressed. We will miss Grand Mason and highly recommend it to someone looking for a place with high integrity and quality! As we have looked up Google reviews for other apartments where we're moving to, we wanted to be sure to drop a review here before we go for others considering this area.

  We've lived at Grand Mason for almost 1 1/2 years. We've lived in both a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom model respectively. The staff and maintenance are very professional, yet personable, which makes a big difference in the culture and atmosphere of the complex. Any issues we've had have been addressed quickly. We love the neighbors we have and have really enjoyed living here!
