  This was an awesome experience! All the staff was very welcoming and encouraging. The classes were challenging but great for a beginner. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to get into healthy workout lifestyle!

  Conveniently located in my neighborhood, which is a plus for me. Staff and trainers are always friendly.

  First let's just acknowledge that Rock Hopper is pricey - $162 with tax. However, it's size and service attempts to make the price feel like a value.
  
  The place is small, so let's say it's 'boutique.' They have free weights, machines, and various classes. There is no locker room or lockers. Instead, there are three full baths where a person can shower, etc.
  
  The gym is open 24 hours 7 days a week, but staff may not always be present. Child Care is also available. I do not use the child care, but from what I can see, the supervising staff seems to be young, energetic, and kind.
  
  The workouts are listed in one of the pics attached to my review. I really enjoy the Rockhopper 30 classes. They are high impact and full body. Also, the morning classes are small, which I enjoy, and I've never felt like it was crowded even when I went to a couple evening classes.
  
  The trainers and instructors seem to enjoy their job and to value fitness, and there is also an accountability person, who will check in on you, if you break your pattern of attendance.
  
  Everyone has been consistently happy and helpful. There are also other programs available for use like the $600 six week weight loss bet, the ab shredding class for $50 ish and the food nutrition plan broken all the way down to what to buy at the grocery store.
  
  Overall, it's clean, a good service, and it offers a variety of classes that I actually want to attend.

  This place awesome! All the staff are friendly and still help you push yourself to succeed. It is a great place to workout no matter your size or skill level. The classes are awesome you really feel like you accomplished something at the end. I completed the six week challenge. I missed my goal of 25 lbs by 8 lbs, but I am not discouraged. I will continue to workout and attend classes to meet my next goal of losing 50 lbs.
