  I had another appointment scheduled at the new 12/20 Salon behind where this salon is. They made me wait since my stylist wasn’t @ the salon when I checked in 10 minutes early and then still had me wait even though she showed up 18 minutes late and then wanted to do someone else’s eyebrow threading before cutting my hair. I walked into SH Salon and under 5 minutes was sitting in a chair discussing what I wanted with a stylist! I was taken care of and was impressed with the service I received considering it was NYE. My cut came out great!

  It was and is the best haircut, I've had in years !!! Everything about the shop was inviting. Can not praise Joshua enough ! Friendly and patient. Joshua Madore spent time and worked on my hair and upkeep to make me look at least 15 years younger. Number 1.
