When I was in an accident, they handled everything for me, and when it was time to renew my policy, they told me I could get a cheaper rate & did everything to switch my policy to the cheaper rate without me having to even leave the house! They're always looking out for their customers and will give you the best rate possible! And I can't even begin to express how awesome the staff is! I don't see myself ever leaving TIA!
