  If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of needing the service of a biohazard company, I highly recommend BioTech. Losing a loved one is always traumatic, but when that loss involves the difficult task of cleaning the scene where a tragic death occurred, you have to depend on professionals. I'm so grateful that I hired BioTech to do the cleanup for my family. The owners of BioTech, Roxanne and David Morales were professional, kind, empathetic and compassionate throughout the process of cleaning my loved ones home, From my very first conversation with David, he expressed a genuine concern about what my family and I were going thorough. When I met Roxanne at the scene, she patiently explained what it would require to restore the space that had been exposed. Her assessment was that it would be an extensive cleanup. I also met with another company, who was not as thorough in explaining the process, and assured me that the cleanup would be minor. I connected with Roxanne, and knew that I could trust Biotech to give an honest bid and that they would do a good job. They far exceeded my expectations. Not only did their bid come in much lower, but they did triple the work that the other company proposed doing. David and Roxanne went over and above in making sure that I was please with the outcome. More importantly, they made me feel as though I was working with family, which greatly helped to alleviate the emotional toll of navigating a very difficult situation. Thank you David and Roxanne.

  Our Aunt passed away in her sleep and we didn’t find out until a week later. We called BioTechs the owners David and Roxanne came that same day to help us with the process of the clean up. I highly recommend BioTechs not only do they care about the emotions but also care about the process.

  My parents' home was discovered to have rats in the attic and upstairs area. After dealing with their extermination, next came the cleanup of rat feces and urine found all over the upstairs area. We hired Bio Techs to do the job based on their experience and professionalism. We were highly impressed by David and his staff who did a thorough job of cleaning, disinfecting, and removing furniture and carpeting. They were polite, supportive, and hard-working. It was a pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend their services.

  My fathers passing was not an expected departure, we were left without him here to lead us as he always has by his own will. As a family we were left trying to comprehend what to do next. We couldn’t gather the strength to enter our family home to clean up the area he took his life at. After working with funeral directors and insurance adjusters, we were being treated as everyday business transactions. Though death is a every day occurrence to these businesses, our fathers passing was not just another business transaction to us. This is when we came across BioTechs, and two other unnamed clean up services. Out of the three companies we contacted, BioTechs is the team that had us feel some type of comfort by the way they handled our call. David and Roxanne spoke and treated us with sympathy and empathy, they displayed professionalism while maintaining compassionate non scripted customer service. They also helped relieve the extra stress we felt by working one on one with the insurance agency. When the day came for BioTechs to perform their job they exceeded our expectations during a heartbreaking time for our family. The job was done with care, diligence, and profound expertise.
