  Daved allow me to try out his work outs for a few days and I can confidently say it was the best work out I have had! He is passionate about the work he does and focuses on details for each client he trains. I highly recommend training with Daved when you get the chance and I assure you won't regret the experience!

  THERES NO APP THAT CAN REPLACE HIS
  IN-PERSON CHARISMA!!! Daved is as Inspiring and Motivating as he is Knowledgable. I went to him with clear-cut goals and he was equally enthusiastic each time I came to the gym with a WORK OUT that would leave me WORE OUT!! I’m an ICU Nurse and he always worked to accommodate my crazy schedule requests and changes. If you are looking for someone who will work alongside you, MOTIVATE you, and KNOWS HOW to design dynamic workouts to get you in THE BEST SHAPE OF YOUR LIFE, give Daved a call!!

  Glad I found a trainer that doesn't make working out a chore! I use to try doing cardio on a treadmill on my own, that became very boring after a week or two. The workouts change and that keeps me coming back to the gym!

  Fantastic trainer and person! Daved is flexible and great at accommodating any physical limitations you may have while still creating a challenging workout. I started with an impinged shoulder that I couldn’t use much coupled with constant pain for about a year, and after a couple of months built up strength and gained full range of motion! I can even do pushups again! He’s a great listener and will hone in on the things you prefer doing while still peppering in the things you need to be doing during your workouts. He also changes up the workouts each time, so there’s no getting bored. Overall, a laid back, humble, pleasant human being who’s great at what he does – my only regret is that I didn’t sign up with Daved sooner!

  Daved is an amazing personal trainer. He changes up the workouts each session and they are always challenging. He is always positive and encouraging. Daved knows exactly what you need to get the results you have always wanted. Highly recommend him as a personal trainer. He is the best!
