Good physicians but not so sure about the office staff. Easy to get appointments. It is nice that they offer services in 3 different locations. One thing I don't like is they make you fill out your entire personal and contact information every single time you go there. Very annoying. They can instead ask if there has been any changes or not and that should be sufficient.
Good physicians. Easy appointments. Easy refferals. Overall good clinic.
I love Dr. Patel. She is just amazing as a doctor. My son has had a complicated medical history and she has helped every single step of the way. When my son was terrified of doctors and nurses after spending time in the hospital she respected his space and treated him like I do. The staff can be rude sometimes, but Dr. Patel is so worth dealing with them. Also sometimes people aren't that nice to the front desk...probably why they're in a bad mood (just sayin')
