  Benji is 100% the personal trainer and coach that you NEED in your life! He is honest and tough with his expectations and workouts but so much fun to work with. He has kept me accountable with weekly check- ins and I know he is genuinely invested in my health. I am shocked with what I have been able to achieve in the short 3 months that I have been training with him. Every workout is different and pushes you mentally and physically to do your BEST in all aspects of your life. I have been eating better and being more active without even trying. Benji's energy and mindset towards health and fitness is infectious and I am so pleased with the results!

  I've been working out with Benjamin for over a year now and this has mostly been possible because he come directly to you! He's always on time and the 40 mins you spend with him are high quality because he's patient, but will still challenge your mind and body in a healthy way. His workouts are creative and tailored around my individual goals so I get the results I want! Benji brings with him some really great music and, quite literally, brings the gym to you! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have been training with Benji for a month now and at first I was not getting any physical activity in my daily life until my mother told me about him. He is always positive and keeps me on my feet. I’ve seen many good results in just one month. I can’t wait to see myself later down the line. I would recommend Benefitnessnow to anyone who needs someone to help motivate and work with them through their busy schedule.

  I have been working out with Benji for last two months. I feel strong, energetic, and motivated each day for my workout. He has challenged me a lot with his unique training. He is very much focused in planning out training based on my needs. I am always looking forward for my workout and I totally appreciate the texts I receive from Benji following up with his client over the weekends. Thanks a lot Benji!

  I had the pleasure of working out with Benjamin in my very own home (a big plus for a mother on a go) for 1 ½ months. In those weeks, I saw my body fat decrease and muscle ton increase. Benjamin really takes the time to get to know you and your goals. From the moment I met Benjamin during my son's training session, I knew he was a person that could help me achieve my goals and also the one that would help change my life for the better. I started training with Benjamin on January 27, 2020. During the last 1 ½ months, I have been challenged and pushed by Benjamin , and he has taught me a great deal. He makes working out fun and inspires me to reach new goals.
  
  I have been very impressed by his passion to help us (me and my son), his knowledge, and his ability to connect with us. It’s because of him that I have signed up for another 40 sessions, and it’s because of him that I joined along with my son. Both Krrish (my son) and I have him as our personal trainer.
  
  Benjamin is very caring and attentive to what each of us needs, what our limits are, and how far he can push us. He encourages and motivates us to do better, and yet he knows how much we are capable of. He deserves the best compliments from me and my son. We plan to be long-term clients, and more importantly, continue to work with Benjamin.
