American Standard Insurances agent was very thorough and double checked periodically to confirm that I understood or if I had questions. I am very pleased with their service. Would recommend to anyone.

The one thing I would suggest is perhaps having clarifications of certain things for those of us who may not comprehend as much about health care coverage. A few things, for example, deductibles, I needed to pause and turn upward before I continued. Other than that I was fulfilled. Their representative was an amazing audience, knows his business and finds what he data requirements to finish the responsibility.
