***Lots of the bad reviews on here were left by people who got kicked out for not paying the rent***
The manager will bend over backwards to help anyone she can!

(November 18, 2018, 10:14 pm)This is great, quiet community. People are caring and look out for strangers that don't belong here. Janet the manager is amazing and on top of what's going on at all times, she keeps close tabs on residents and expects the few rules in place to be followed. If you are a druggie or can't pay your rent or are just drama all the time, or can't/won't follow the rules, then this is not the place for you. I use the pool daily,. It is clean and the chemicals are balanced. There is a small laundry room on property which is convenient and open 24/7. I love it!
