  Enjoy going to Dr Velez, he takes time out to listen and is very understanding, he gives out suggestions and take in your suggestions. I will always go to him.. Also I hadn't seen him in over a year so it was really nice to see him as a health care professional to lose weight and be healthy..

  This was my first encounter with Dr. Tam, therefore I have not formed an opinion about how I feel about his medical competence. However, he seems to be very warm and welcoming in his approach with patients. He thoroughly went over my chart and discussed my medical history. He also discussed my medications and refilled needed prescriptions. Overall, I was impressed with my first visit with Dr. Tam.

  This review is specifically for Dr. Hansen in Family Practice. She is thoughtful regarding care and the cost of care. She listens and is considerate of my concerns. She provides great care.

  I got the place at 9:05 am for 9:20 appointment I was done with First check around 9:30. The person who did mammogram is good. She let me wait at dressing room for Ultrasound originally arranged at 10:00am. I wait till 11:00 am, during the waiting time nobody contact me for anything. I went to the check desk twice. The person said they will call me in quickly. Then I wait till 11:20, then I have to contact the check in personnel for three times. Very very disappointed!!! Some administrators needs to do something!!! I was called in around 11:25, and the lady who just called my last name. the person who did ultrasound is good. Done around 11:40. At least she apologized for my waiting. I don’t know who is fault for me waiting 2 hours. But something must be wrong. Somebody has to fix it.
  
  Above experience was happened on November 2018. I am not regret to gave them one star.
  
  Yesterday I revisited radiology department, the front desk personnel service has improved. They are polite and professional. I had an appointment at 2:30. I checked in at 2:15. After I was at the change room, one lady told me that they run behind and I need to wait around 1 hour and she apologized for the waiting and asked me if I need water or something. I said I felt cold and asked for a blanket. She is very friendly and bring blanket quickly. Although I waited for around one and half hours, I feel that at least they care about the patient and appreciate that they told me in advance. While I am waiting, one nurse told me that Dr. Brown is very gentle and has many years experience. I feel a lot better. The later service with Dr. Brown and her nurses are very good and mammogram service is good too. I can feel the improved service. I change my previous one star to four stars.

  I have Dr. Tam as my personal physician for four years. I'm very impressed with his knowledge in handling my medical needs. He is friendly with a lot of common sense. He uses layman terms to explain medical situations so that I can comprehend easily. Dr. Tam takes his time and shows interest on my health. I highly recommend Dr. Tam to be your physician.
