Steve was great. He clearly puts his heart into his job and into taking care of customers. My bike was showing some strange behavior related to power and shifting, and he worked diligently to figure out the issue. While most places I had called initially would not even talk about the problem on the phone at first, insisting instead I pay to have the bike towed to them then pay another bucket for a tech inspection, he first gave me time over the phone to talk about the issue. He came and grabbed the bike soon after. Along the course of the repair, he kept me well informed, and provided options on how to resolve, with ranges in costs. That flexibility was really appreciated, as opposed to many repair places that are strictly aligned with certain part brands. His labor pricing and markups was also very reasonable and he was at all times very friendly, offering even to tow the bike back to my home at no charge as I was having some trouble finding time in my schedule to come grab it. He seems like a guy that is passionate about motorcycles and appreciates the fraternity of riders. He'll be my go-to repair shop moving forward for sure.

Steve is amazing! He did a great job on my VTX 1300. He’s very knowledgeable, and doesn’t cut any corners. Best of all his pricing is amazingly fair. I’ll be using him for now on!
