  I am writing this two days since the review below. I will say that in my discussions with Matt today it seems that he was understanding of my concerns and will be working to resolve my concerns. I must also say that the review from a few months ago was resolved in a very positive manner and I should have communicated this at that time. I must also add that Derek while dealing with difficult life events made every effort to help me work through a claim and the renewal of my various insurance policies I have with 1st Agency ( Matt's Agency). I am confident based on my interaction and the opening of Matt that he and his team will be successful in addressing my insurance needs in the future!

  Well here we are 3 months later. May be I am a slow learner! I went through Matt's agency and as I was deciding to re-up my home insurance I got first rate service so they could sell me on this policy. Now that I purchased the policy and I have found a significant error on the part of the agent no one has called me back after two visits today and multiple messages being left. To be fair the agent I was dealing with has been dealing with much more important events however it is Matt I have tried to reach to correct this error and I have not heard back from him.
  
  I have called several times over several weeks ...for an agent to call me re: reviewing my auto policy I have with them to determine if I need different coverage to manage the costs...in short no call tried to talk to Matt would not let me talk to him. Fairly rude on the phone . Going in this morning to see if I can get a face to face with and agent will keep reviewing readers in the loop...they say they are busy with Harvey but I know the TPA are not from the local office --local office has not influence in the storm process
