Entire staff is friendly, courteous and professional. They took excellent care of my walking buddy and took the time to explain everything regarding his treatment plan and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Parkwood to anyone seeking quality health care for their pet.
I had a wonderful experience at Parkwood Hospital when my cat had to get surgery to remove her teeth. During the first visit a estimate was provided with a low and maximum for the cost of the procedure. When the time finally came to have the procedure it ended up going over the maximum by $600 but the Dr who performed the surgery honered the estimate and only charged the maximum. I was so GRATEFUL!! and can’t thank them enough for helping me. It was also the first time I had ever been at Parkwood Animal Hospital.
My kitty sees Dr. Clarke. I have been using this clinic for about 7-8 years and also board my kitty several times a year there. Everyone from the front desk to the techs are always friendly and ready to help you.
One of the best animal care facilities around. Dr. Clark is one of the best doctors. She is kind very sweet not only to your pets but you as the client. She is a gentle soul with all the knowledge to absolutely take care of your furbabies. Never ending dedication to her profession. Aren’t we blessed to have her as an our health care provider for our furbaby. The facility is beautiful.
Delicious & generous portions of Greek style food with a decent gluten free menu. Ask to talk to Chef though, wait staff is not knowledgeable. I've never been ill from cross contamination.
