  I have been going to Dr. Koyob Ngala, Doctor o Optometry, for a long time. He and his staff have taken care of me. I recently had to have cataracts removed from both of my eyes. He referred me to Dr. Milstein. After all procedures were completed I returned back to Dr. Ngala for the follow ups. I was very pleased with the results.
  
  I would certainly recommend the Galveston Eye Care to anyone who may be looking for an eye doctor.
