  They were helpful when I discover I had lost my insurance card. I got insurance company to email copy of card and services commenced.
  Marcus the medical assistant, was pleasant attentive to my history and was willing review information I brought with me.
  Unfortunately I do not remember the PA's name but she was knowledgeable, did a good exam and shared additional information about what to and why if my condition changed for worse. Her treatment plan worked within 30 minutes, before I even got away from my pharmacy. I will definitely use this clinic again.

  I was very impressed when I went in 8/26/19. The Facility was very clean. The Front Desk Receptionist was so nice and helpful. I had to wait long enough for me to fill out my paperwork, then I was seen immediately. Everyone was so nice and genuinely cared about what was wrong with me. The Doctor and the PA took the time and I didn’t feel rushed. I highly recommend the La Marque Office. Glorene, Alvin

  The staff is caring, quick and funny. I DO advise using the early check-in feature online just in case. Wait times aren't anyone's fault but you can get a step ahead of them!
  
  I will visit Affinity every time.

  I’ve been to plenty of urgent care facilities and had bad experiences starting with front office personal to waiting forever to be seen but this one by far was exceptional the receptionist Katy was friendly and actually cared about my needs she made me feel good about being there, and who likes going to any dr or urgent care. I’m very pleased with the whole experience at Affinity Urgent Care.

  5 stars for sure. The two ladies in the front office were more than helpful! Got in and got seen very fast! The nurse and nurse practitioner were friendly and answered all questions easily and with enthusiasm. Didn't get charged for anything extra. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone not wanting to use a traditional ER. Will use them again for sure!!
