  Absolutely great storage with great staff with great prices. Highly recommend to anyone needing storage.

  Very friendly and accommodating staff, especially Ms. Brenda who took the time to show us our options. The facility is nicely laid out, very spacious and clean. Highly recommend!

  High Point offers the best access, security, and quality climate-controlled lockers in this area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very efficient. Yes, there may be storage facilities that are a little less expensive, but you get what you pay for. I want my possessions stored in the best possible place, so I chose High Point.

  Had a few issues with this place. All of our belonging's got molded severely. After speaking with owner about the issue nothing was resolved. Her response , " should have used a dehumidifier like most folk's do". My response ,"we've had storage units in the past with no such issue & without a dehumidifier". Anyway, after we moved out of unit we had left some items for the police department to get for a fire victim. She charged us to give our own item's for donation. After they got runied ,instead of having some compassion . I personally did speak with someone at this facility when we was going to be late on payment. Which was taken care of in the time frame promised. The unit wasn't past due. The least you could have done was let them have the belongings in the unit for a family' in need. Instead, we was charged to get the belongings. Have a blessed day!
