I went to Texas Direct after doing my homework on the value of my truck and a bad experience. Texas Direct actually gave me a fair value trade in price for my truck. I had gone to another dealership and was given an extremely low price and excuses for why so low. They offered me 7000 dollars less than TD, first told me I needed tires. I left quite disturbed from the offer. When at home I wrote a complaint only to have them tell me that my truck needed body mounts which were replaced just a couple of weeks prior. A friend has told me to go here in the first place. Sometimes you just have to learn the hard way. EXTREMELY pleased with Texas Direct!
