  For the most part I LOVE this facility. I've had multiple surgeries and Drs visits here. Super friendly front office. However, the ER leaves a boat load to be desired! I had heel surgery a month ago and 3 days ago thought I had an infection in the incision. My mom was with me and the only person friendly to her was the front desk receptionist. When the triage nurse called me back my mom asked her if she could sit on the stool because she had surgery 6 weeks before me. Anyway the nurse said "Yeah, as long as you don't fall off!" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not to mention DISRESPECTFUL! It took about 15-20 minutes to go back to a "room" (if you can call it that.) They have curtains to separate each "room", which is typical for an ER. They had THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE recliners instead of stretchers, which leads me to my next issue. The ER Dr and a nurse came in, never acknowledged my mom, took my sock off, and told me to stand on the bare floor with my bare foot, so they could take a picture of my incision to show to the orthopaedic on call. Then when the nurse came back she said "here, put your foot on this towel. I don't want your foot on the floor." Um, it was a little late for that! About 30 minutes late the nurse comes back to wrap it with self adhesive ace bandage and says, "ok, I'm going to need you to put the top of your foot in the chair. Again, my bare foot was on the bare chair. My mom made the comment that it didn't seem sanitary for me and the nurse sarcasticly said, um the incision is not touching the chair!" But prior to that, it was touching the floor! So, I'm giving 4 stars because the ER needs lessons on respect, consideration, and sanitation!
