The Phoenix Post-Acute

  My spouse is in The Phoenix Post-Acute and the staff has been amazing; they care for him as if he was a member of their own family. Everyone on the staff from maintenance to kitchen to the janitors to the Director, Russell is dedicated to the well-being and happiness of the residents. Russell frequently prepares BBQ for both the staff and the residents – he might be over the BBQ pit with briskets or hamburgers and hot dogs. We are not talking about a brisket – no, he is smoking food for everyone – probably 8 to 12 briskets (I have never counted).
  The staff amazes me with their dedication and attention to the needs and idiosyncrasies of the residents. Mr. Williams tirelessly cleans up after the residents, he even comes in on his day off, if he knows that there is an event that will generate unusual debris or if someone’s room needs special attention. The nurses have familiarized themselves with each resident and can anticipate and answer the individual needs of this diverse population.
  I hope that I have adequately expressed the immense gratitude that I feel for the staff and Director at the Phoenix. These people are amazing in their care for my loved one.

  I have worked as the receptionist here at The Phoenix for a year now, which means I am able to observe and hear everything. I can honestly say this is the best company I've ever worked for! They treat the residents and us staff members like family, anytime we have concerns the Administrator, Russell, does everything he can to make sure we're okay, and then some. The residents here are amazing and if you ever walk in sad, I promise you will walk out of here smiling. The nursing staff works hard, their always striving to help the next person. The kitchen accommodates to everyone's diet, no matter what it is. The department heads are amazing, their constantly working to make sure this facility does what it needs to do to provide the best care for our residents. Working here has been an honor and I can't wait to see what the future holds for this facility!

  Great community! Always something to do here. Someone brought in some RC cars and it was fun to see how much the residents enjoyed watching them. The staff actually cares about the people here and it shows!

  Same staff. Good people. Residents always outside either BBQ, partying and very nice. I would recommend this facility because of the resident feedback.
