(March 9, 2019, 2:15 am)I went there in the morning with my cousin and friends, first time going by the way, and i left satisfied af. The food smacked, as in it was delicious. I'm going there again tomorrow because the horchata tasted so GOOD and the la Hacienda breakfast burrito was BOMB AF! We honestly were giving la señora a hassle with trying to split the bill, but she was so patient and nice. I've always gone to the taqueria el jaliciense, but this is definitely gonna become one of my regulars. 10/10 recommend

(December 23, 2018, 1:01 pm)I was skeptical, truthfully speaking, going in to this place. However, I am pleased to say I was definitely proven wrong. The atmosphere, while not much to look at on the outside, has a very strong nostalgic and homey vibe. I ordered a breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. There tortillas were honestly the best i've had in the city. Good service, and a cute little 7 year old selling jewelry with the saleswoman personality of a millionaire made this a very pleasurable experience. Check this place out!

Homemade quality, fresh, in-house made tortillas and a couple of things you won't find elsewhere. Very nice addition to Texas City's very variable offerings. Recommended!
