(July 9, 2019, 10:53 pm)Recently toured the facility as part of an open house introducing the program to medical directors and psychiatrists, etc.. It is not open yet but will be opening in the next few weeks in late July 2019. I was completely taken by surprise at the quality and functionality of the ranch as a treatment facility. Numerous first-class furnished individual rooms and suites provide high quality accommodations. Same with the large lodge and dining facilities. And ample treatment rooms and group therapy rooms in a tranquil rolling hills setting covered in trees and situated on approximately 100 + acres of privacy. Every detail has been thought of.
If the incoming treatment staff lives up to the quality of the facilities, this will be a premiere place in Texas to refer patients needing addiction treatment and recovery. Owner Dan Parish, who gave me an advance tour, has a long history in the hospitality and assisted living businesses and is now well versed in addiction recovery as well. They are currently hiring and training professional staff.
