Mario went above and beyond to assist me when I called. Immediately after head answered the phone I could tell he answered with a big smile and amazing attitude. In todays world his kindness and willingness to help was truly appreciated. Mario YOU ARE A ROCK STAR and I pray that you continue to spread your genuine happiness with more people who need it. We’ve been with Angels of Care for years. Most of the staff truly seem to care about the patients, however, the communication from office staff needs much improvement for families, as well as with the nurses in the home. I have 2 permanent nurses that are awesome with my son and fit well in our home. I work closely with them and we rarely need office help.
I send in my own schedules and we see mistakes often in what shows in KanTime. My nurses have trouble getting a hold of internal staff when they have questions about payroll, benefits, or something to do with KanTime. AOC changes up procedures of who handles what and who you are supposed to call. It seems you can never get anything accomplished with one phone call. Always having to call back and follow up.
