I received excellent service from Briana at the Brooks at Van Alstyne and she was very helpful. She did a great job explaining everything to me as well. I can't thank her enough.

Briana is so amazing and helpful. She always welcomes you with a big smile and is ready to assist. We have been living in leasing properties for four years already and so far Braina is the best and most helpful community manager. I highly recommend this property.

Briana is awesome! One of the best apartment managers I've dealt with in my many years of renting. I really liked the prior managers, as they did a great job, and were a tough act to follow. When they left, I thought I would likely move when my lease expired. However, when Briana took over, she has proven to be an excellent manager. She is always walking the community to ensure it is cleaned up, ensures maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, and builds friendly, professional relationships with the residents. I recently had a problem with one of the 3rd party contractors for a community-related service, and was having a difficult time getting a resolution. However, once I asked for assistance from Briana, the issue was resolved quickly. The effort she put in to ensuring this was resolved was far greater than I expected, and it shows me that she cares about the residents and the community. Thank you so much Briana! You have made this a better community, and I look forward to renewing my lease at The Brooks at Van Alstyne!

Great community to live, the property Manager Ms. Briana is very professional caring and hard worker. Also I got the pleasure to talk to the district manager Ms. Sarah, she is very professional and very helpful, thank you for making community a wonderful place to live.

My experience with “the brooks “ was extremely pleasant. Brianna was by far the best leasing agent ever ! She made my experience very easy and persistent. She communicated everything throughout the entire process & made my move in ten times better ! I 10/10 recommend this complex to anyone and don’t forget to mention “Brianna”:) 10/10
