With the many questionable business practices Wells Fargo corporate made in recent years, I must admit that I was not very excited to have to do business with this bank. This local office is very well managed by Fabien. One of their cashier, Klara, always impresses me with her helpfulness, politeness and efficiency. It makes the customer experience very pleasant.

I scheduled an appointment during COVID times online. Fabien the store manager called to get a better sense of what I would need. Jose a local banker was cordial and efficient and helped me take care of transferring funds and providing some direction regarding CD accounts. I was very pleased with the bank. It’s Wellsfargo, but’s it felt like a smaller personable bank. Thank you.

I've been a Wells Fargo Bank customer since 1990 with a couple strays. Washington Mutual & another I've forgotten since. I've stayed with them for one reason, excellent customer service & I've never been judged by the balance of my account. Always treated me as they would a so called high roller. With the understanding that things happen, I was treated fairly & at times empathy. Thank you for getting me back on track!
