Great service and they answered my question
As always good service
This service department was literally a life saver for me today!! My fiancé is in Florida adjusting for hurricane Michael and I had a blow out just outside of Whitesboro a stranger pulled over and changed my tire to the spare but he wasn’t sure if the nuts were on tight enough and said it needed air. My fiancé called this location right at 6 when they were closing down on a Friday and Rob spoke to him and said one of the guys would stay a little bit later as well as Rob and check out my spare tire. They made sure the nuts were tight enough and put air in my tire. They gave me advice and didn’t ask for anything in return. All the while my little boy keeps yelling hi from the back seat and they were even super nice to him and as well as myself!! If that isn’t excellent customer service then I don’t know what is!!!!!! I wish I could give way more than 5 stars for their hospitality.
The service department is really awesome here. Courteous folks that care about the customer.
