Comfort Dental New Braunfels

After not going to the dentist for years…I’ve been in and out of here the past few months to get work done on my teeth. The dentist has already made me feel at home. She walks me through everything and makes me feel comfortable every time I get work done. The dental assistants and receptionist are so sweet and work hard to get you in and out smoothly.

Staff was extremely friendly and I felt that they were concerned about me. I purchased dentures about three months ago and decided to wait on my review until I'd had them for a while. Not only did they help me with the cost, the dentures themselves are outstanding. Even with steak!

In addition to having a great dental practice, Dr April Sousa demonstrated her indulgence with my propensity to get lost en route (“we will make it work” she said about our being late) and also did a thorough exam of my visiting out-of-state friend’s emergency condition today all for the low, low special price of $19. She is highly professional and extensively schooled. I recommend you grab this special of $19 as soon as possible!

I was eager to try Comfort Dental as it’s close to home-has GREAT hours. Fortunately they are a preferred provider on my insurance so I was able to schedule an appointment right away.
They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and were exceedingly positive & professional.
The office is lovely as is the staff and the customer service is top notch.
After x-rays and an initial exam Dr.Sousa explained everything she found and provided me with an in depth treatment plan as well as several options to accomplish everything over time so that I can maximize my benefits.
My first appointment was several composite fillings and everything went extremely well. I’m terrified of many dental procedures but Dr Sousa and her staff made me as comfortable as possible. They were very gentle, kind, reassuring and ultimately did an amazing job.
We’re in the process of accomplishing much needed work and I am relieved & eager going forward with Dr. Sousa & Comfort Dental.
