  For it's hard to mess up a burger. What makes this place stand out is all the fixings and varieties of combos that you can create for the experience. You want BBQ sauce and cheddar? Got it. California style with avocado? On deck. Mexican style or with an egg? Boom. Done. The ingredients are all fresh including of course the main attraction the beef. It's really a beefed up version of home made burgers which is something that will have you coming back for more.

  Hippo burger is pretty good. I had the monster burger that has 2 patties, bacon, cheese, ham and sausage on it. It was so good. I may be having a heart attack later but the burger was good. I'll be back for sure.

  Great variety of good burgers. I had the Hippo Special it was a little dry. It would be better with mayonnaise on both the top and bottom bun. Overall was good experience, the staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this burger joint for sure.

  Love this place live in Humble you must try, fresh juicy buger...The meat is so favorable and the bread is on point. You can order fries basically any way you want.... Customers service is great.. Makes he experience even better!!

  My 1st visit. Comfortable, nice pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, and the burger!!
  I can pack away the groceries, but am glad I didn't order a double. You'd better be major hungry, cuz the Hippo Texas burger I got was huge! Huge portion of fries.
  You can tell it was fresh as chunks of the meat broke off. Taste? Amazing! I've driven by every day and wondered about this place. Now, I know it's my go-to place for fresh burgers in the area. Highly recommend! ????
