  Not only is this Storage facility very convenient and close to home, but when i went in the office, it was very inviting the staff where very helpful in showing me the different sizes on the unit so i could visualize what i was need to fit. The ladies asked what was going into it i said some things from our granny in her passing, and they were very sincere. The next weekend i went back in and needed to get that storage unit that was talked about and Lorraine S, was very helpful, she explained everything to me from the insurance , the unit itself, and codes, time of operations and charges very helpful, etc. she knows her job, while there she had telephone ringing and politely told me excuse me while I answer this and was very understanding and helpful to the gentleman on the phone. When observing the whole facility i noticed how clean it was and the unit was clean itself. Me and my Fiance are very pleased with The Storage Place and will defiantly recommend to others. Thank you, again ladies for doing an outstanding job.

  Great customer service. Elva was very helpful and answered all my questions. She made sure I had everything I needed. Overall great experience, definitely recommend.

  Every visit here has been a great experience. The staff are always very helpful and explain everything very well. The unit is very clean. The process to move in, out, and rent a truck have all been smooth. Overall, I had a great experience during the time I stored here.

  After my grandmothers passing it was sudden and out of no where a surprise! During this emotional time we needed to find a storage place to keep all of Nana’s belongings. I came across this location and I am so happy we decided to go with it! Clean and such a friendly staff! I would recommend this storage place to everyone

  Outstanding service. Elva was extremely helpful. U-Haul sent me to the wrong location. Elva called U-Haul waited on the phone for 30”. She got me going. Thank you Elva for being kind to a person in need and resolving my issue with U-Haul.
