  My A/C quit blowing cold on my way home from work, pulled into Automotive Care Specialist with no appointment. Went into their office and was met by a very nice lady named Kim, she got a mechanic to check my a/c out with no wait at all. They were very honest told me what the problem was and how much it would cost in less than 30 minutes. They were ready to do the fix right then and even offered me a ride if I wanted to leave it. I told them I would bring it back the next morning and they said they would get right on it. I was so impressed with them I had them take care of some maintenance items that needed to be done also (power steering fluid flush/change, transmission fluid flush/change and filter, front and rear differential oil service) Very impressed at how fast they got everything done considering they had to pull my whole dash out to change evaporator coil for a/c. If you need any work done on your vehicle go here, you will be satisfied. Kim will take care of you, she stays in touch and let's you know how everything is going.

  I took my BMW here to get some belts replaced and have the ac fixed. i came here because my brother and a business partner of mine recommended this place because they have always been served well here and said these are people who you can trust and will take care of you. they sure did. the pricing was more than competitive and my ac is colder than ever. This place really cares about you being pleased with your service. Not sure about that other review. i guess some people are just unlucky with their cars and get a lemon. this is my new go to place!
