My FIRST and ONLY option was back to Villas at the Palms.I love living here! The manager Tory is AMAZING! The new owners are great too! They've remodeled the units and they're beautiful. If you need a great a place to live COME HERE!

The owners are so awesome and the property manager, Tory Jenkins is the best manager around. She listens to you and your needs and is right on top of everything. It's the kindness and big heart she Jason running the show here is why I stay.

(July 2, 2018, 3:38 pm)I’ve been living in The Villas at the Palms for 2 years, and the landlord and owners are very hands on. They respect you as a tenants. Are very understanding. Helpful in many ways. They always make sure you’re comfortable and everything is suitable for you and your family. As long as I’ve been here there has always been holiday activities for the children to participate in. And since I’ve been here I’ve noticed that they go over beyond each school year to make sure each child has a backpack and few school supplies to start them off. If we ever need anything Tory and Shawn are always there to meet are needs. I just want to say thank you to the community of The Villas of the Palms.
