My husband & I have been going to Dr. Hoefer for years. We moved away from Cypress and although Dr. Hoefer is now an hour away, we continue to see him. He's patient, kind, listens and never makes either one of us feel rushed. His assistant Rhonda and the office staff are always friendly & professional even when they are very busy. We like that even if Dr. Hoefer is booked, there are other doctors & PA's we can see when needed.
This doctor... He is the bombdiggity. Respectful, Smart, Understanding. 6 out of 5 stars. I have seen him for 20+ years because he is that good.
We have been seeing Dr. Hoefer the last few years. He takes the time to listen to concerns and we never feel rushed. The wait to get in to see him has been reasonable. It is very convenient that they can do the blood work upstairs at their office so you don't have to go elsewhere.
The office staff -- hands down, the best I have had the pleasure of seeing by far. Everyone was polite and friendly and some were even funny which is essential whenever you're feeling nervous (blood drawn and shots) to help relax you. I didn't get to meet Dr. Hoefer (yet) but his PA, Traci who was sweet and professional and accommodating. I am glad I have chosen this office as my PCP!
