  Took my three kids there for initial evaluation. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. They were thorough and answered all my questions. I liked how they engaged my kids in on the conversation as it is important for them to understand what to expect from an orthodontic treatment. Thank you for great service.

  Dr. Noriega is great. Very friendly and courteous staff. Short wait times. Quality results. I trust her completely, she is very experienced and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

  I received a referral following my usual semi-annual appointment and called ahead to check if my insurance would be accepted. The reception desk was able to provide the information I needed, so I made an appointment for an evaluation. In addition to being professional, the staff was genuinely friendly and made me feel valued. Dr. Virginia Noriega was fantastic at explaining to me what I needed and why I needed it. Samantha, Treatment Coordinator, was responsive to my questions and concerns and took her time to ensure I understood the information she was presenting to me. Since I am a senior citizen, she even went out of her way to contact my daughter, who couldn't be with me at the evaluation appointment, to provide her the details as well. Their willingness to help me be comfortable and not feel pressured to make an immediate decision was an additional benefit of working with this staff. The service has been exceptional and I look forward to my additional orthodontic appointments.

  Copper creek is a great place to go for orthodontic treatment. I appreciate the fact that they stick to the appointment times and do not abuse my time, unlike almost all other doctors/dentists I have been to. Dr. Noriega is always very pleasant and works diligently. You can tell she values her profession cares about her patients. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though their new location is further for me to drive, the excellent service makes it well worth it!

  Copper Creek is awesome! The staff is so friendly and Dr. Noriega will work with you at all times to ensure that you understand what procedures are being taken for you to have a beautiful smile. I DEFINITELY recommend Copper Creek for anyone who is thinking about getting braces. You won't regret it! My best dentist experience ever! : )
