I usually do my own plumbing, but when I ran into a problem even I couldn’t fix I called someone my son had recommended. I thought I knew everything about plumbing but John from Chase Plumbing actually put me to shame. Which was a good thing! No need to do my own plumbing in the future because the prices were right and the service was great.
The whole experience from making the repair appointment, to the notification on the day of the appointment by Jane to the truly excellent repair work performed by John was an extremely seamless process. Chase Plumbing has done numerous jobs for us and the results have always been positive.
I talked to John this morning to give me information about having my sewer main repaired. He was very informative about all the options available to me. His professionalism and sincerity helped me make the decision to have Chase Plumbing complete this huge job. This company should be proud to have an employee, like John as their staff.
We woke up yesterday to realize that our basement was flooded, we called Chase Plumbing, and even though they were extremely busy, they promised to send a plumber as soon as possible. They sent John who very quickly figured out the source of the problem and who very patiently explained it to me in a very simple and understandable way. Everything is OK now and thanks to their prompt response, things didn't get out of hands.
Unfortunately, our office had a clog after hours. We originally contacted another plumber to snake the drain, but they gave us a quote which we felt was pretty high and were only able to schedule someone in the morning. We decided to call around and found Chase Plumbing. They were able to send someone out within the hour and jet our pipes for a fraction of the cost. Would definitely recommend.
