Blue Collar Customs Motorcycle Company (Reopening Spring 2019)

The guys at Blue Collar Customs are very knowledgeable and very well versed in motorcycle repairs and upgrades. They are professional and respectful to everyone who calls the shop or comes in to get work done. I only take my bike to them for repairs and service nobody else is allowed to work on it. They have stayed late to get my Harley fixed and back to me on more than one occasion.

I dropped off my 2003 Buell XB9S for a service and got great feedback and information about the status of the bike. We went ahead and did brakes and they also discovered a leaky air intake seal that I didn't realize I had. After fixing some complications from prior work done on the bike (by someone else), I got it back with better power and a much smoother ride. The Buell is a very quirky bike to tune. Overall, the guys are straight forward, informative, honest and worked through a tricky project with flying colors.

First off if I could give Blue Collar 10 stars I would. I started looking into some doing upgrade on my 13 Steet Glide and went in to talk with mike about some cams and tuning. I had talked to a couple of other shops and wasn't getting too much info other than part numbers and prices. Mike and I had an hour long conversation and he educated me on lobe separation, lift, duration etc, told me what I needed and what I didn't need and even talked me out of spending money lol which left money on the table for handlebars. Picked up my Street Glide and dropped off my dyna for a full brake job and new cables. I've rode for years and have spent thousands on upgrades but never had the customer service that I got from Mike. Long story short I found my new mechanic and Blue Collar has a loyal customer here.

Mike and Trey are awesome! They quoted us a price half of what others were quoting. They completed the job and went above and beyond. Their work and customer service is exceptional! I strongly recommend bringing your bike here. You will be pleased! We will definitely be returning.

Overall the experience was very good. The two owners obviously believe in customer service. They understand the mechanics of motorcycle maintenance extremely well. They went above and beyond to try and make Experience a positive one. I would highly recommend using them again.
