(May 18, 2018, 3:45 pm)I requested a tech to come out on Friday before 4 pm... I received a phone call stating that a tech would be here between 4-5pm- which of course made me upset- but figured I would see what happens. I missed Cantu tech David's called around 1pm, but he sent a text saying sorry he missed us. I called him back ASAP and explained that I was told someone would be at my house around 4pm and he explained how they scheduled me for 1 pm that day. I told him that I was less than 10 minutes away. He said he had just driven off and was only 5 minutes away, so he would be happy to come back and wait for me. David was AWESOME! The fact that he came back after he already drove away, definitely set the tone for me! He was professional and personable and laughed when I asked that he not judge my home/bathrooms since I had not cleaned up the way I normally would. Definitely giving Cantu, and especially David, a big thumbs up!
