  Me and my husband had gone to many different floor stores before we found this gem and man I’m so glad we did. Jacquie was nothing but incredible from the very first time we met. She was so incredibly nice and extremely helpful! Now let me brag about our floors, we went from carpet to SPC vinyl floors and we’re so in love with them! This place had the best quality of flooring especially when it came to the thickness of the boards and the different styles it was really hard to choose. We finally picked the one we wanted and were able to get it installed that weekend. I’m not going to lie I was a little nervous when only 3 men showed up to do the install, but man did they hustle. They knocked it out all in one day, and we got our entire first story done, as well as bathroom and laundry room upstairs. Everything about this process has been so smooth and easy and we’re just so excited with our beautiful new flooring!

  Jacquie did a great job of letting us meander the store and check out the wealth of options offered.
  
  She pointed out a few options we had overlooked that actually met our needs very well. Even though it was nearly closing time on a Saturday, she let us take the sample home to check it out against our flooring and paint colors as we were only 10 minutes down the road. We returned the sample right before closing. There was no charge or deposit required!
  
  This gave us great piece of mind that the sample we chose would work beautifully in our home.
  
  The product is durable and priced competitively.

  We had a great experience with All Floors and More. Jacquie was knowledgeable and worked around our busy summer schedule. The job was scheduled quickly but had to be delayed due to a COVID supply shortage. (obviously not her fault) The crew working in our house were skilled, professional, and worked long days. We would definitely recommend All Floors and More

  We purchased 4000 square feet and stairs treads for 2 staircases from All Floors and More. The floors look fantastic (see pics below), and we received excellent customer service from Jacquie at the Cypress location. Their prices are equal to, or better than, the big box stores (they will price match), and you get personal customer service from someone that knows your name, understands you schedule, and gives it personal dedication. In this case, All Floors and More is the obvious choice over the big box stores. We highly recommend them!
