Nice way to start your day, the classes are very relaxing and calm. The instructors are super friendly and help you through the classes when needed. I highly recommend YogaSix to help strengthen your mind and body.

It had been a *while* since I practiced yoga on any level and YogaSix has been such a great experience for me to get back to it! I like the different levels/vibes of classes so I can get exactly what I need on any given day. I adore Lauren's teaching style and energy. Morgan is so supportive and takes time to check in with you after class. The instructors know everyone by name. I have improved so much in the last few months! I love being part of the YogaSix community. :)

Finally found a yoga studio in Cypress that focuses on fitness while improving my practice! Cindy and Joelle’s classes are challenging but always fun. I enjoy coming here every week for good workouts and a great community!

Started Yoga Six 4 weeks ago and I absolutely love the individual attention each instructor gives each their clients. Justin pushes you to your max potential! Joelle has gentle but moderately difficult classses! And Cindy...wow! She is so good at including at least one advanced yoga pose to her classes! If you aspire to be a Yogi, I highly recommend Yoga Six Cypress
