  Man Made CrossFit is an amazing community of trained coaches and athletes. The athletes range in ability level but support and lift up each other, including newbies. The coaches make sure you understand the workout and correct way to tackle each move so that they are effective and strengthen your body. In the short time I have been there, I have gained not only strength but flexibility and stamina as well. I would recommend this gym/community for anyone looking to strengthen their body!

  First time going they made me feel like I had been coming for months. The coaches talked on a common level, explained terms for those who haven’t done CrossFit or group workouts before. The other members treated me as if they’d known me forever. The coaches made sure and go around to each person during the workout to check form. They didn’t just tell you the workout then left you to your own devices. They went through the workout with you, counting down every minute, Rep, etc. Great place that feels like home.

  This is a great box in the northwest Houston area. I dropped in on a Saturday. The owners offer multiple scale options if you want to scale up (Rx+), do it Rx, or scale down.
  
  What I liked about this box is that it has plenty of space, the place is clean, the other members will push you to be better and, as mentioned earlier, if you want to push yourself, the programming will give you that option.
  
  I've traveled around alot and visited many boxes around the country. One of the ways I judge boxes is how many strong girls they have at their facility. This place has more than most in that regard, so you know they are doing something right.
  
  I'm looking forward to dropping in again.

  Love the coaches and the facility. Members are positive and encouraging. I always feel like I am around family whenever I workout!

  I've been coming to this gym for about 2 months and have gone from almost completely sedentary to being able to finish a mile in under 12 minutes. The coaches are patient and attentive making sure that each athlete (because even if you don't come in as an athlete, you leave feeling like one) is preforming the moves accurately and getting the most out of their session. Beyond getting more fit and having better cardiovascular ability, I've also lost over 15 pounds which is great coming into bikini season.
  
  Love this box and have recommended it to all of my friends.
