(September 30, 2017, 11:17 am)Pure Balance is one the best pilates/yoga studio that I have ever been. The facilities are great. The teachers - all of them - are amazing. Small classes allow them to come around and give you personalized assistance. This studio is a must if you are looking for a healthy lifestyle in the Cypress area. As you may notice, I absolutely LOVE this place!

(July 31, 2017, 11:23 am)I started Pure Balance in mid May after purchasing a Groupon and it has been great! I have been attending Barre and Mat Pilates a few times a week. The teachers have been awesome. I definitely recommend this place!

(July 31, 2017, 10:46 am)I got a Groupon for a great deal at Pure Balance. I have been attending classes now for 2 and half months and I love it! I was rarely exercising before and I am now working up to 2-3 classes a week. I primarily attend Kim and Kerry's classes and they are fantastic. I also see Dr. Amy for Chiropractic care now and she is amazing as well. I am so happy I started on this journey with Pure Balance.

They had asked what my body ailments were and tailored my entire session around fixing my problems. I learned a ton of new mobility exercises I never knew existed. I am very happy with this place

I had a trial Pilates class at Pure Balance back in Sept 2012 and had never look back since! I love the variety of classes held (yin, vinyasa, hatha yoga and pilates reformer and mat) and the warm friendly atmosphere from both the instructors, Dr Amy and the staff. its a welcoming inviting place and the studio is clean and spotless. love this place - classes are also reasonably priced!
