  I want you guys to know that 5 stars is not an easy task where I'm concerned in the review community. However, Kimberly has done such a impressive job with handling the insurance needs of my business that I couldn't give Jess Akin anything else but 5!!! She was there when I was just getting my feet wet in the logistics arena. She always has a solution. Those are the type of professionals you want to know. Rather its Commerical , Personal, Home , or Auto Jess Akin has it covered. Keep up the good work! Thanks Kim!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????

  I've been with Jess Akin Insurance Agency for several years now. It has been and continues to be the best insurance agency I've ever had. It's amazing how Bridget and Melissa stay on top of all our insurance coverage needs. I've never had an agent that is so attentive. Anytime I've had an issue they immediately take care of it and they go above and beyond. It helps to feel secure and not worry about my insurance policy because I know they have gone out of their way to get us the best insurance available for our needs. I have 4 cars, a camper and our house insured thru them and I sleep good at night knowing they are there if we need them. If you want an agent that has staff that is willing to provide the best customer service out there then you've found one here. I highly recommend this agency.
