Happy I found this place! A friend recommended me to this location, it's super convenient and the staff are very friendly. Metta the Office Manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. Dr. Emmy Nguyen seemed very knowledgeable and made sure to go over everything with me and really took the time to understand my vision situation. I can see why so many others love this place too! Sending all my friends and family here!
I've been wearing contacts since the 7th grade so now as an adult I've come to put eyes on the top of the list with my health care. I've been seeing Dr. Emmy since she's opened. She is awesome! Just had my yearly checkup and I love that she's so thorough. I'm never rushed. She listens to my questions and concerns. Super clean office. Her front staff, Metta and Jessica, are so sweet. Definitely will continue seeing her!
Dr. Nga Nguyen is both knowledgeable and professional. I went in for my yearly checkup and being a diabetic, sometimes it becomes tricky. However, Dr. Nguyen explained the relationships between diabetes, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels and caring for your eyes. I was blown away with all this information. Not only did she give me great information, she is always informing me when a new product comes out that may be better for my eyes. If you are looking for a place that you can trust and feel safe going to, this is the place.
This is probably the best optometrist's office I've ever visited. Dr. Emmy is amazing. She has great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Best prescription I've ever gotten. Other doctors always seemed to be very slightly off and require adjustments after my glasses are made, but these were perfect the first time!
Second year to get my eyes examined by Dr Emma. Both times I learned so much about my eyes. The staff is friendly and Dr. Emma even remembered me from last year. Very personable. One of the coolest features this year was the photos of my eyes that were taken at the appointment. Dr Emma reviewed them with me and quickly uploaded them to my patient portal. They take several insurances, but I would've paid the office visit even without insurance. Our family will continue to go here. Even though Dr. Emma has her office next to Costco, you do not have to be a member of Costco. You can get your Rx and get glasses anywhere.
