  I'm so glad I came to Fairfield and worked with Adnaan, Sarah and Amanda. I was on the way to the outlets and stopped here first and don't regret it. Awesome service and excited for my new moving bed. The delivery is so fast I can't wait to get it setup. They were so helpful and so attentive to my needs and requirements. I would recommend to anyone looking for a mattress to come here and ask for any of those three.

  My right hip has start hurting, as I’m trying to get a good nights sleep. I’m constantly tossing and turning, in attempt to find a restful position, but to no avail. When I finally get out of the bed, the hip pain goes away. I should note that I exercise three or four days a week, including doing leg squats, and I have no pain in my hips, doing my exercise. The pain only occurs after I’ve laid on our mattress for about 30 minutes.
  
  After some research, I have concluded that my issue is our mattress. Subsequently, my wife and I went to the Mattress Firm in search of a mattress that would allow me to have a full nights rest, without having hip pain. We were met by Mattress Firm Sales Associate Amanda. Once I explained my hip pain issues to her, she provided a number of suggestions in mattresses, that seemed to be based on her experience and knowledge. I’m a side sleeper, so she had me to lay on a number of medium to firmer mattresses, for at least three minutes each, to see if they affected my hip. If you’re like me, laying on a mattress in a store, doesn’t provide the ultimate test, as to whether comfort will be the same, once the mattress is delivered and you’ve slept on it for a few weeks.
  
  However, Amanda advised that the Mattress Firm has a return policy that allows me to return any selected mattress, within four months, if I’m dissatisfied. We decided to purchase one of Amanda’s suggestions. Amanda was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We received quality service at the Mattress Firm via Amanda. Now, if the mattress we purchased, provides the same level of high quality service, as Amanda’s customer service, my hip will be forever grateful.

  I think out of all my years of being a consumer, I haven’t experience this level of customer service. Sarah was amazing!! Helping me decide which mattress was right for my needs. Even after the sale was done she made sure that the mattress was deliver on time and if I was HAPPY with my purchase. I think that’s the first time a sales person cares more about the happiness of the customer even after the sale is complete.

  Incredible service! We went in thinking we knew what mattress would be best for our daughter's needs and came out with something different that is perfect for her! Amanda was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this location! For those of you with kids, they have a kids activity corner where they can stay busy while you look around the store.

  First time visitors to this location and it was great! Russ was a huge help and was able to work a deal for us that was much better than other stores we had shopped around at.
  
  We took our kids (I know, bold decision) and they had a corner with blocks, princesses, and a keyboard. It took a lot of stress off us. Great family friendly store, when it's time to replace another mattress we will definitely go back.
