(February 4, 2019, 12:21 pm)My little malti-pom was attacked in our neighborhood dog park and I rushed him to the Animal ER NW Houston. The staff took him in immediately, medicated him, drew labs, did xray series and placed a chest ban on him. They discussed their concerns regarding complications and felt that Texas A&M small animal hospital could do a more thorough exam so I took him there for further treatment. The staff at the Animal ER NW, was amazing, and sympathetic. the ER doctor on staff really helped me cope just by exhibiting a wealth of professional knowledge and caring. I want to thank the front office and the back office for the amazing care they gave my little Sammie.

(January 17, 2019, 7:53 am)Our 14yo Lab collapsed (and sadly died on our way to the ER). The staff here were very kind and supportive when we got there and through the whole process. A few days later we received a sweet sympathy card signed by all the staff. A few days after that we received a card stating a tree was being planted in his memory on behalf of this ER. Wow! Such a sweet and precious gesture. Highly recommend them!

(November 29, 2018, 7:35 pm)I called before I came thinking that I would be able to get my dog into a room immediately. After I signed in, they took angel and had me wait. The doctor definitely knew what she was doing. Although it took a while for me to see her, she made my baby feel 100 times better. The price of the visit is $105, other things such as shots or medicine is an additional amount. I ended up spending around $200 total, but thankfully my dog is well again. well worth the visit and the facility is very clean. Staff is very friendly and professional.
