  Outstanding customer service. In this day, customer service has become almost extinct, so it was refreshing to have experienced the service I received twice at this Starbucks. The man working the drive through deserves recognition and a raise, unfortunately I did not get his name. He was the epitome of patience with me as I do not visit often. Two separate times I went through the drive through, and he was working and helped make my visit that much better! He was polite, caring and informative. Can't tell you how frustrating it is when an employee doesn't have the knowledge of the company they work for or the product they are selling. Will definitely be a regular thanks to him!

  It is hit or miss. Sometimes my drink is perfect. Other times, it is not so great. I think the time of day matters. I get better drinks in the mornings rather than in the afternoons.

  I don't get some of the bad reviews. This is a good place to sit and work with your headphones. Big parking lot, and it's a big/roomie location. The people that work here clearly work hard. They genuinely care about their patrons. They've always been friendly to me. All the pour overs that I've had have been on point. Consistent, great tasting drinks. Clean restrooms. Cheap coffee refills, even if you started out with something other than a coffee. What else can you ask for?

  I seriously love basically anything that has caramel and Starbucks knows how to satisfy my needs... I also love their peach tranquility tea it's the best... I will always give Starbucks a 5 star rating if I could rate higher I seriously would. Their staff is really nice and friendly and for me very generous with the caramel ???? .
