(May 23, 2019, 2:32 pm)A neighborhood is only as good as the neighbors in it. When Caliber Collision moved into a building formerly used as an office, I was skeptical. I was also wrong. Caliber Collision is a great place. The folks keep the grounds neat and clean and the staff is super. I have had occasion to use their services twice in the last 6 months. The staff I have worked with were wonderful. Caring and instructive as to procedures for car repair, etc.
Yesterday I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Mario who assessed the damage on my car. Luckily it was not too bad so Mario explained a path to get it fixed. I cannot say enough about his service and concern. If you ever need the assistance of a technician to work on your car, please remember Mario at the Heritage Park location in Friendswood. You can trust him..

Chelsey made the appointment the same day I called and arranged for a rental car to be delivered. Mario did an excellent job of communicating with me and managed to get the parts I needed super quickly. The whole job was done in three days!! I can't be more impressed with the quality of work either.

Would highly recommend coming here for anyone who has experienced damage to their car. My car looks beautiful. Thank y’all so much!
