The workouts push your limits, but after only 10 workouts kickboxing taught by fellow fighters of the gym, I dropped 2 dress sizes. Like I said the workouts will push you, but the trainers/instructors will meet you where you're at and help you excel to your personal best.
I've been a member since it opened. My experiences there have always been positive. A great gym if you are seeking to do kickboxing, or just to get in shape.

His program includes elements of HIIT and kettlebell exercises in addition to boxing/kickboxing. His "Move to the work" philosophy is the key to your goals and transformation. He employs several great coaches that add even more to the program. This kids program is equally effective as it focuses on team building and mobility in a competitive but friendly environment.
The program is great and inclusive of everyone. The kids class is great for all ages.Kettle bell class is great. Leonard and Coach Mike to a great job showing technique and giving everybody what they need.
