Tam has been nothing but professional and courteous. I have many questions and she is always happy to help me out. We are staying for 26 days so we need to go to the store and find other places in the area. She helped me set up times with the shuttle driver.....Tam is very friendly and always smiling!

This is our 3rd visit to MD Anderson and we've stayed at Extended Stay at La Concha Lane all three times. We find the hotel staff helpful and the room comfortable. The kitchen helps so much and offers us the ability to cook a meal and have snacks. The location is good, near grocery and restaurants. The shuttle is wonderful. It's always on time and the driver's are very respectful. We also take the shuttle to Target and the grocery when we don't want to walk. We recommend this hotel!

My stay st this location has been my best experience with ESA. I was pleased that the new company I am working with has an account with you. I arrived tired after a three hour drive from Austin. The GM and Ken were super friendly and accommodating. They eagerly assisted me in directions for my first day of work. My room was incredibly immaculate. The furnishings were super nice.
Rather than stepping out for dinner with a colleague we ordered in, visited and watched a movie. As a medical provider I was so impressed with the compassion they showed with cancer and medically ill patients. I would highly recommend this facility and it’s great location.

My experience here has been good so far. The staff is really nice. The place is generally clean. It's very humbling to hear all of the stories from other guest, being in a medical hosting facility. People are always coming and going from the many hospitals nearby. Some with beautiful success stories, others with heart breaking. Gives me a great appreciation for my good health. Met this beautiful family here that I will never forget. Shuttle drivers Frank and Chris are super nice. Thanks guys for assuring my stay is pleasant.
